What is Happening this Weekend?

Check out all the cool stuff happening this weekend. All activities are free unless otherwise marked. All ages are welcome to come and enjoy the fun!

Pigfest Pop-up Market

If you'd like to sell at our Pop-Up Market, sign up here!  Pigfest Pop-up Market will be held from 11am-3pm on Saturday. We do ask that all vendors (including campers) make a $20 donation for a 10x10 spot, to the Care & Share Food Bank of Marquette County. Please make checks out to Care & Share Food Bank and bring them with you.

Every vendor , both for crafts and for meat, will be put on a map that's handed out to the general public. So don't worry, we'll make sure the customers come to you, wherever you are in the park!

If you are camping with us, you are welcome to sell either on your site or in an assigned spot in the rec field.

If you are vending only, we will assign you a spot in the rec field.

Please bring your own tables, chairs and tent for your booth.

What should I Bring?

Of course, bring your camping gear. That will vary depending on if you are camping with a tent, RV, or staying in one of our cabins.

But if you do happen to forget something, we've got you covered! We offer a wide range of gear we sell in our camp store, from swimsuits to lightbulbs- and everything in between!

If you are staying in one of our Cabins, please bring your own linens, including pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, dishcloths, etc. But don't worry about cooking gear- our cabins are well stocked with dishes and utensils.

Other Things you can bring to make the weekend fun:

  • Non-perishable food or health & beauty items

  • Stuff to sell in the Pigfest Pop-up Market

  • A BIG appetite!

How Do I Get There?

Important note: If you are coming to us from the west (such as via I-39 to Hwy 23) you need to turn right in Montello on THE SECOND COUNTY C, across from the car wash. If you have not gone through the stoplight and seen the waterfalls in Montello, you haven't gone far enough. This ONLY applies of you are coming from the west on Hwy 23 through Montello.

Directions

  • From I-39 (Madison, Chicago, etc.) Take Exit #106 and get on Hwy 23 East going towards Montello. Follow 23 all the way through Montello, past the stoplights and the waterfalls, and you’ll see Cty. C going to your right (look for white arrow sign across from car wash). Follow Cty. C approx. 6 miles until you come to the first stop sign. Go straight onto Fox Ct, and we’re the first driveway on the right.

  • From Princeton (Fox Cities, Milwaukee, etc.) Follow Hwy 23 West towards Montello. About 5 miles out of Princeton, take a left on Cty. C. About 4 miles down Cty. C you’ll come to your 2nd stop sign. Turn Left onto Fox Ct. and we’re the first driveway on the right.

  • From Wautoma: Follow Hwy 22 South into Montello. Take a left onto Hwy 23 East, then turn right 1 block later onto Cty C (look for white arrow sign across from car wash). Follow Cty C 6 miles until you come to the first stop sign. Go straight onto Fox Ct. and we’re the first driveway on the right.

  • From Pardeeville: Follow Hwy 22 North into Montello. At the stoplights, take a right turn onto Hwy 23 East- also called E. Montello St. Follow E. Montello St a few blocks then turn right onto Cty C (look for white arrow sign across from car wash). Follow Cty C about 6 miles until you come to the first stop sign. Go straight onto Fox Ct. and we’re the first driveway on the right.

How Do I Check-In?

There are 3 different ways to check-in, depending on when you arrive:

  • During busy times there is Express Check-In: You will find Lake Arrowhead Staff waiting in the driveway with clipboards to help you check-in. This Express check-in option is designed to get you to your site and enjoying your vacation as soon as possible! At these times, our staff will bring the paperwork to you right in your car, and then show you back to your site. Please keep in mind that Express Check-In staff cannot accept payments, so if you need to make a payment or a change to your reservation, please call ahead of time or you can come inside the office and we'll be happy to help.

  • During other times there is Office Check-In: If there are no staff in the driveway, please park by the office and come on inside. Our office staff will help you get checked in, and we would still be happy to show you back to your site!

  • After the store is closed there is Delayed Check-In: If the office is closed when you arrive, you will find a map with your name and site taped to the front of the office door. You can take the map, go back to your site, and return to the office in the morning to check in.
