🔥 KCBS-Sanctioned BBQ Competition

We’re bringing the heat with a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS)-sanctioned State Championship BBQ Competition—and some of the best BBQ competitors from across the Midwest will be here to prove their skills.

Cash prizes are on the line, and only registered competitors will have a shot. Advance registration and entry fee are required, so check our website to get your name in the game. If you hold a temporary food license from any county in Wisconsin, or a DATCP retail mobile license issued by the state (or anywhere within Wisconsin), you’re welcome to set up and serve during the event. Got the best chili in town? Prove it. The Chili Cook-Off at Pigfest is a crowd favorite and features cash prizes for top entries. Whether your recipe is spicy, smoky, or totally unique, we want to taste it. You can also sign up to judge our chili cook-off.
